Salem cross INN has a fireplace feast, they even cook for you on the fireplace and then you take a sleigh ride. Not quite the same, but still old historic and cool

So I can't say it's floor-to-ceiling, but fireside on main in Plantsville/Southington has a lot of fireplaces and is very quiet from open until about 5 PM. Afterwards it changes to more of a sports bar vibe. Employees are great.
