At times? I can't grasp how it is not all the time, you must budget really well.

It is hard more often that not, but it's worth the budgeting to have a secure place for my family.

To answer other questions, it's a ~1700 Sq FT house in Tolland. I paid 135K for it, 0 down, no PMI.
