I have recently moved into a new apartment and I have noticed as we're coming into the winter months that my bedroom window doesn't seal properly when closed.
We have a window that opens horizontally, and the bottom part of the rubber insulator lining (don't know how better to phrase it) that is supposed to seal the window, overlaps the one on the side of the window.
This means that when the window is closed, no seal is made, and air still gets in.
Any advice on how to fix this is greatly appreciated.

3m and other companies make a window insulation kit. It's basically like a clear shrink wrap that will seal then window for winter to get rid of the drafts.
