I turned it off and on again and it blew just regular barely warm air (not enough to change temperature. Left fan on all night (as opposed to auto) and still capped mid 50s. Left for a few days and turned Furnace off. When I came back, house was at 39. When I turned the furnace on, it blew out warm air...but then shut off at 55. Seems calibration is off somewhere. This is an old outdoor HVAC forced air ductwork system in a home i just bought this summer so it's my first winter. It was working completely fine up until mid December and now seems to be having issues getting high enough. Any advice? More info?

Edit 1 : The model number is 48gs036090301. It is a combined gas forced air system and central cooling unit. As far as im aware, all the components are outdoors in this unit but I have yet to take it apart to look at it. I will look more into it tomorrow! Thank you for all the advice thus far. It's the first HVAC issue I've ever run into so it make take me some time!

Edit 2 : There is also a small box near it with what look like 2 very large (4 inch) fuses. When I first moved in, at the beginning of winter, the heat wouldn't work until I pulled them out and reinstalled them which means that may be something I have to look more into either way

Edit 3: I think it may be overloading the furnace somehow because I sat and watched it and turned it on every time it turned off. I got the temp up to 60 but now there is no more hot air. I might check for a faulty ignittion switch or pilot light wherever that is. But otherwise I may have to turn it over to a professional. I'd love to do it myself but I can't leave my pregnant wife freezing all day. Without an idea. Thanks for the help yall!
