Do you think it would be possible to setup a washing machine to get hot/cold water and drain to under the kitchen sink?

People do that with dishwashers all the time, yeah.

Clothes washer, idk. They have a pretty high discharge rate. I've never seen it under a sink like your dishwasher is.
