Only if you run it on cold or on hot as well? Somewhat unlikely that both supply lines experience issues at the same time

We washed Is fickle sometimes it works on cold water sometimes it doesn't same thing with hot water.

Top or front loader? Front loaders typically have a little "gate" inside the detergent compartment that determines how fast the water flows through it/trickles down into the drum.
