No but you could use it to form the mold into something that would. Plaster of Paris? Something like that, or even clay. You could use mold separator (or better would be PAM.

I'm checking that out! Seems like a good idea. But how do I use the PAM? Sorry but I never used it and in my country it doesn't exist like that (I'm guessing it's just a kitchen spray that I would use to cast a non-sticky surface on the mold before using the Plaster, is that it?

Yes, that's it exactly. Or more than likely you can find mould release spray.
