My pleasure! I'm still getting used to how best to browse it. It looks like you can do searches of all of peertube on this site: https://joinpeertube.org/browse-content
But in order to actually browse content, you usually need to go to a particular instance like https://the.jokertv.eu/ or also there's a list of instances here: https://instances.joinpeertube.org/instances?sort=-totalVideos
It does sort-of feel like you have to look around or get lucky to find good instances, like trying to find good subreddits without the benefit of r/all. The fediverse is growing with Mastodon now though, so hopefully there will be more development on PeerTube soon.
EDIT: Some other fun stuff I'm finding on Peertube:
A collection of short films An instance for hosting a bunch of popular creative commons videos(?) https://vidcommons.org
^ I found out about vidcommons.org on r/peertube, which is the subreddit for peertube.
Some Christmas-themed videos:
A reading of A visit from St. Nicholas (the poem)
A Christmas cartoon compilation
If anyone else finds some cool stuff on peertube, I'd be glad to hear about it!
