This is an 8-panel panorama shot from Bryce Point early Tuesday morning. I’d just wrapped up shooting a panorama of the Milky Way a few hours earlier and decided to catch the sunrise before making the trip back home.
I originally captured this as a potential foreground for the Milky Way but after stitching it together I decided it was perfect as a stand-alone image. I guess sometimes the least expected and least planned photos work out the best.
