Ohhhhhh it’s been years since I’ve seen a blue bonnet, Maaan. That was my favorite flower. Oh thank you for reminding me of these things

Here in the New Braunfels area, it has been a very good year. There are large patches in our front and side yard and big displays all over NB and Comal/Hays county. Some rain today and cooler weather next week should help them last.

...two years on and our meadows still haven't fully recovered from the snowpocalypse, but maybe next year...
