All down the Northern pacific coast, actually. I think the Hoh rainforest in Washington is the only one that’s formally (meets the technical criteria?) recognized as a rainforest, but there’s lots of rain up and down Oregon/Washington/BC/Alaska. Surprised we don’t see more of them outside BC on this subreddit actually

There’s many areas that qualify as a rainforest, the Hoh being one of them. Also on the Olympic Peninsula are the Quinalt, Queets, and Bogachiel rainforests. In BC, most of the coast is the Great Bear Rainforest. And Alaska is home to the Chugach and Tongass rainforests. Together these comprise the largest temperate rainforest on earth, which once spanned down to Northern California
