Went there in 2019. The whole West Coast was awesome...spent a week out there driving all the way up the coast, around the northwest to Sligo. Had a wonderful trip... People everywhere were super cool.

I painted this near exact scene. What amazes me is how different the light is, the waves, and shadows are dependent on season, weather, and time of day. It can be lit gold in sunset, or brilliant in the midday sun. Stunning.
