Likely north georgia. I forget the park located right outside blood mtn/blairsville ga/hiwassee Nc area but this looks like a waterfall hike I did there like 2 years ago. Interested to find out myself though.

It's DeSoto Falls in Georgia (there's a DeSoto Falls in Alabama too). Went there during the summer, but now I'm thinking about going again to see these Fall colors. There's a recently rebuilt platform right in front of the waterfall where you can sit and look at it.
