Beautiful!

Gosh I miss the West Coast’s mountain ranges. Would go hiking all the time during undergrad when I was in the Bay Area.

I was in Berkeley, so mostly trails in the Bay Area.

Yes however the park entrance from the east side (Tioga Pass) closes for the winter/spring from snow.

Sure does! Just make sure you have chains and check road conditions before going. Weather can change rather quickly up there and snow/ice can make driving those roads quite hazardous.

Yosemite is one of those places that is beautiful summer and winter. Try to visit it again in summer

I always read Yosemite as yo-zeh-might (same pronunciation as Vegemite), before correcting myself. Bet you're glad I shared that bit of vital information.
