Some roomates and I did a 3-man convoy on White Rim back in May. It was absolutely breathtaking. Cant recommend that trail enough. We camped at Whitecrack and then Murphys Hogback the next night. Such a stunning place

Gooseberry was gorgeous, but wish we would have asked about cancellations and gone straight to White Crack instead. Permits were fully booked back in August and we were the only ones out there at the end of November. No fresh tracks anywhere!

I’m guessing the temperatures would be much more manageable in November? Was headed there in august but switched to Yellowstone so as to not catch fire..

We had calm sunny days but temps dropped well below freezing overnight.
