I took a number of photos and this was an incidental one I took just as I was hiking out noticing the color against all the blacks and whites. turned out to be my favorite.

Was at a party in Brooklyn Saturday and met a woman who grew up in Poestenskill (I currently live relatively close), and now seeing that little town show up on Reddit is pretty wild to me

If you're a local there's a number of nice waterfalls around the Albany area (High Falls, Hannacrox, Indian Ladder) and if you don't mind about an hour drive kaatterskill is very picturesque.
