Sardinia alone could fill this subreddit. Massive credit to OP for being 100% correct, but the pic provided is peanuts compared to the beauty found literally all around that magical island.

Gorgeous! the whole island is basically made of granite so it is super characteristic and the water looks amazing basically all round. Next time don't skip out on the locals. they are 100% their own breed and all around hilarious (if you stay on their good side lol)
