It does indeed.

>Most residential homes operate on single-phase. The solar industry has made it very easy to install solar and battery backup for these single-phase services. What if you have a three-phase service? Is it possible to have single-phase backup paired with three-phase solar?

A seeking alpha article on the site says "largest (...) to reach operation in a single phase" so it seems it just means constructed all at once as opposed to dividing up the project into multiple stages / "construction phases", which is common for large energy infrastructure projects since you can usually build it partially and start operating while you finish the rest.

No it doesn’t seem like it means single phase in electrical terms. I idea why you are taking about domestic supplies this is a grid scale application

definitely does.

They are the same thing. There are AC/DC converters.

Some reading

>In recent years, there are different kinds of AC/DC converter topologies used in the V2G system, including single-stage single-phase and three-phase, two-stage single-phase and three-phase, ZVS inverter, and so on. Reference presents an electrical vehicle charger that used a single-phase interleaved AC/DC boost converter. In, a high-performance single-phase bridgeless interleaved PFC converter is proposed. Both have the same function, which can reduce the battery charge and discharge current ripple, however, neither of them could work with wide output voltage.

How does it, there is no way you would connect this sort of power on a single phase, that part of the grid would be completely unbalanced. I don’t think you know why you are talking about and just linking stuff with the same buzz words
