LoL. Sad to hear that. I've heard that even if it doesn't, it would only serve urban populations. The people that need solar electricity the most are outside the cities.

Bro even in the cities nothing is guaranteed, most peoples main power source is generators, YET we are still obligated to pay power bills even when they fail which is almost every month for days at a time. It’s really unreliable
