Before we ask 'can we?' (inevitably, of course we 'can' practically do anything we might imagine in terms of combining existing technologies) we should instead first be asking 'should we?'... Ethics committees have already been all but completely excluded from all social tech development debate and look at how that's now effecting mental health in whats left of our society. We shoukd legislate for ethics oversight in all tech dev at governance level
People will adapt. Those who won't, will die and will be replaced by new generation. This is essencialy inevitable. It's constantly happening.
There is no question. We have to discover new possiblities no matter what. Feelings asaide.
Ok chatbot
Why are you and many like you so insistant on letting the world develop through brutal and unstable periods of suffering, rather than slow adjustment? We do not have to live in a dog-eat-dog world. This is not utilitarian.
Slow adjustment? This is a waste of time that cannot be stopped. Not letting things happen is like prolonging life of a terminally ill cancer patient. It's going to happen and you are just wasting time. You are the one making us suffer.
Why am I even explaining myself, this is going to happen. I am done wasting time.

Teddy Ruxpin was made in the 80s. This is just a better version of that. Ethics dont need to be a concern here.

Sure, there's something stopping to someone from merging these technologies into one product provided they're willing to pay for the licensing where applicable

The biggest technological obstacle right now would be the energy needed for this whole apparatus to work wirelessly for more than 10 minutes without any external source/ cables
