I think that’s to be expected. I couldn’t fault a human driver for doing the same.

The driver can never be expected to kill themself. Sure, there’s a hundred nuns over there, guess you’re gonna have to mow them down. What’s the worst case scenario, you get the death penalty?

I believe the problem would be lawsuits, cause the software did it, I think they got immunity now though

Lawsuits would be covered by insurance, same way it is now.
