I doubt it.

At least in the U.S. the stated reason for having juries is the assertion that each of us deserves to be judged by our peers. AI will never be our peer, not because it isn't as smart, but because it is categorically not a human.

I do expect AI to be used extensively during voir dire and to observe jurors during high-stakes trials.

I think we'll see almost zero AI inside the courtroom for philosophical and legal reasons, but a huge amount of it just outside for adversarial, winning-is-all-that-matters reasons.
