I have no idea but I firmly believe the software should cost a small fortune and should be heavily regulated. As in you need a license to own it, everything you make with it needs to be documented. Maybe a feature that auto uploads anything that's been edited to a secure database.

Honestly I think it's too dangerous for the general public to have, and I can't think of a good reason for this technology to exist beyond entertainment, and I don't think entertainment is worth the risks.
