2. I think it will finally force us to pass laws that punish knowingly false accusations or the use of faked/tampered evidence with same punishment as the accused.

Before anyone jumps on me I don't think this will solve everything and it would need some fine tuning like every other law. So maybe 80 or 90% of the punishment for the real crime, but it can't be a slap on the wrist. Also, innocent until proven guility would still apply. It would have a cooling effect on the malicious accusations or some of the false evidence companies others have mentioned. Unfortunately I dont know how to solve the reputation damage issue. The internet spreads the false accusation world wide and allows everyone to find it for all time.
