Yeah the Chinese government could easily add a line there that says something regarding subversive information or information that can be used to weaken the administration/state services. Make no mistake, the chinese ChatGPT services won't serve you any infor on Tianmen for example.

The brings to mind a fascinating idea. If ChatGPT is learning from its interactions with users, how long before foreign governments or other corporations start using their own AI to reprogram other people’s AI‘s by having them talk to each other. For example, China could have its own AI system convince ChatGPT that the Tiananmen Square massacre is a hoax that never happened.
