This is not the way to do that. This would force them to censor anything that could possibly be right of as contribution to anyone.

We’ve tried going through legislation but they refuse to do anything remotely constructive… Something needs to be done

This would give them more incentive to control what's being said online, though. Because they'd have to or get sued
