I don't think it means anything.

It makes me wonder if it's a bot. "divine right order" sounds like it could have been the output of a thesaurus-izing process to avoid automatic detection. (Or maybe a chain of automatic translations?)

Plus the two periods at the end, which is (for some reason) a hallmark of the Comment-stealing bots.

Plus the fact that OP is a 7-month old account who has been posting like it's their job and has 500k link karma.

Plus the fact that their oldest post is only 4 months old (not 7), indicating that the account may have been "aged" before use.

It's not proof, but I'm suspicious.
