Personally, I start with identifying what triggers or causes the tank to drain. See if those can be minimized and/or avoided.

Here's a few other things you can try:

  1. Nature, take a walk, breath fresh air.
  2. Mindfulness and meditation
  3. Sounds cheesy, but thankfulness, make a list of things you're thankful for, this refills positive energy
  4. Don't negate the basics. (staying hydrated, eating healthy, quality sleep)
