Getting my shut together and losing weight. Also if anyone has any ideas on how to cut back on soda or dropping it with out all the caffeine withdrawal I’d like to hear it

Switch to tea. There's a wide variety of different types and flavors avaliable, so if you don't like one there are hundreds of options.

Many are purported to help with weight loss, helping curb hunger (which is something caffeine itself does, but many teas have other properties that help with hunger)

Just don't get in the habit of adding sugar. I occasionally like honey in my tea, but it's a rarity, usually when I have a sore throat or allergy issues.

So would the bottles of like Lipton green tea be a good alternative or are you saying to go the more like natural route. Like black tea or other kinds

All of the prebottled tea you'll find at a store contain either sugar or artificial sweetener.

You can buy individual tea packets that you steep in hot water, which is the healthier option. (Don't get lipton tea bags, it taste like shit)

I personally love bitter drinks, I drink espresso black, but I wouldn't recommend you move from soda to black tea. Get like Earl Grey or a white tea, both of which taste great on their own.

Drink sparkling caffeinated beverages (Celsius, Yerbae, etc.) experiment with different ones and eventually you’ll like the taste of something enough to feel like it’s a good enough replacement for soda

Do yourself a favor and go to the gym. You’ve got nothing else to lose right. Might as well try it. It seriously changed my life both mentally and physically.

heal myself gradually from trauma and the unhealthy behaviors I had learned from my family, start to eat healthier and being outside. take my dog on more walks, remind myself of boundaries and how to love myself.

i also want to finish my trilogy, and a bunch of other book/story ideas that have been in my brain for years. they're always there, and I know I cannot die without making them known. even if they arent famous or popular - they tell a story I so desperately wish to share, a reminder that mental illness and trauma can't fully stop you, and every time my brain starts thinking of my own demise I remember I will not stop until I can do this thing that has meant so much to me for so many goddamn years

I’ve been working out for awhile so to continue to do that but I’m been wanting to start running and do some much needed cardio. Finally do some light travelling, get a second job and look toward going to collage to get a start on my life
