Yup. A lot of Redditors don't understand people at the top have huge pressures and challenges that they can't identify because they can't relate.

Like trust me, if a business could run without a CEO, they wouldn't pay upwards of a million dollars to someone to be CEO. And if it was easy, they'd hire someone cheaper (since it's easy and anyone can do it).

Coporate CEOs don't do half the work of someone trying to start a small business. Not only that, CEO's finances aren't on the line if they tank it...

There's a huge difference between a (significant) stakeholder and a CEO, even though they're often both at the top.
