No, that's morning glory and it'll climb that thing in less than a week. It's the third worst plant I've had to fight off.

It is pretty but it's also commonly known as "bind weed". It wraps itself around other plant life and strangles them by stealing all their nutrients. I've seen it literally creep across a 50 ft gravel patio to try and reach my flowers and bushes. I now burn it with fire and toxins.

8 years ago, we planted morning glories. We let them grow for one year then replaced them with other things. 8 years later, a plant always pops up. If you ignore it for a day or two, they will take over.
