That's totally normal. Good job getting right back into sober mode after your lapse! It'll get easier as you go.

Most importantly - give yourself credit for each success! A week means you had seven wins in a row - those don't get "canceled out" just because day 8 went in the loss column. Seven wins is seven wins!

Easy Peasy Method saved me from 7 year Porn addiction. In my life age 13-19 I had beat weed, heroin, cocaine, nicotine.

It took me 3 years of failing to slay the dragon of Porn. Then one day I found EasyPeasy completely doubting that it would work. I tried everything, so how likely was it that this last resort was going to work. And it did.

I read the book 5 times to ensure the brainwashing and read the hacknotes. Ever since then I've been free from this wretched curse. Quitting Porn was my rite of passage. Now my next battle is mastering the art of sexual transmutation #celibacy.

Cutting ties with my friends. They constantly projected their insecurities and limitations onto me. I always felt guilty whenever I feel happy and reach new milestones because I could always feel how uninterested they are. It was hard at first because I don't have a lot of friends, but I'd rather be on my own that put up with their bs all over again.
