Most people under 30.People raised in a era were you need to talk to people and go places almost everyday to get anything done do not have this problem.

We still get uncomfortable. we jsut put tii aside and do what needs to be done.

Just a heads up. While doing something new feels uncomfortable, for everyone. Running back into a comfort zone is not healthy.

Confort zones are exanded with practic. IF you dont expand them, you might as well stay a child.

I suspect this thing of being afraid of leaving a comforts zone is why no one is and adult until there 30 anymore.
