¿The iOS app work on apple tv? Will be nice workout with the big screen.
Ah it does not unfortunately. Our programs are not video-based follow-along routines, they require you to interact with the phone and record your reps and weights.
No prob. Let me know of any suggestions or feedback
Thanks for posting this! I’ll check out your app. Exercising helps keep me focused on writing, but I haven’t been able to find a functional app that wasn’t just a scam to sell pro versions with gimmick seven day and similar free trials.
Here’s hoping this app is the one I’ve been looking for! If it’s great, I’ll tag you in the next book we publish. Completely unrelated to fitness, but I like to list things I use or places I go to help write.
Thanks! I'll give it a try and provide feedback if I can. This is, assuming I keep up the routine 😅
How does it compare to the r fitness app?
Does it have SL 5x5 with the added accessory excercises?
Does it have charts?
I will download and look thru it.
Yep there’s the rFitness Basic Beginner Routine (3x5) and Starting Strength (5x5)
Are the acessory sets in tjere?
Yep and you can add more
I'll try it..but I'm not good with compliance on apps..
I have been using this app for the last 6 weeks. Only fitness app that I have seen so far not asking for a ridiculous subscription fee. Most features are free. Thanks a lot dude.
Comment so I can come back
I’m new here; what is tjere?
Spelling error bro. It was supposed to be there.
LOL, there are a lot of acronyms so I read it like “Are the accessory sets (written in/encoded as/whatever) tjere
Does sound like a new programming lanuage.
