Damn straight! 2022 wasn’t a great year for a lot of ppl including myself. This year I’m going to lose weight, try my best to get off of some of my medications, and get the surgery that I need! Let’s do this!!

It ain’t easy, we all know it. Set realistic timelines and just kick your ass and do it.. start small, start slow.. just START!

Measurable, attainable, trackable steps. You for sure can do it, many have and they aren’t as strong as you!
