People spend all their lives grinding and working hard, sacrificing themselves and their health. Only to spend all of that money on fixing their chronic stress and restore their health from their dysfunction lifestyle.

Is this decent?

Time is the most valuable/precious thing we have.

Yea, you need clothes, food, a place to live, etc., but above that, you're selling your time for money to buy things you think will bring you happiness/peace. Most of the time, that stuff will not give you what you think it will.

I get it now. Thank you. It's true. We have no choice but to live in the material world. BUT... we should realize its limitations. Material possessions will only take you so far, and then after that mental and spiritual needs must be addressed.

This is saying that if you work a shitty job for more money you don't need you are sacrificing the present for the future (which is uncertain anyway).

This is so hard for people to understand that even trying to explain how it happens would make you, their main enemy.

As "Morpheus" said: "You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it."

This is dumb. It's not about hoping to afford it in the future, it's about being able to provide for the ones you love and do fun things.
