So if you would be satisfied if you did nothing and if you looked back on life and you were satisfied, then you would have lived twice (according to the text). This text isn’t telling you an X way to live life. You literally followed the definition to the point with your very first sentence

Except the title is literally make it count. That is a very convenient way to define it back tracking but I think we both know the intended meaning.
