I’d be satisfied to do absolutely nothing with my life, people attributing false definitions of what it is to live poison our happiness.

There is no such thing as doing X. It’s a thing people made up that is ultimately meaningless if it doesn’t make you happy.

There is no predefined achievement for any singular person one can look back upon and agree that it was worth doing. You can only decide that for yourself, and if it were… then let it truly be nothing and relish the peace that accompanies it.

So if you would be satisfied if you did nothing and if you looked back on life and you were satisfied, then you would have lived twice (according to the text). This text isn’t telling you an X way to live life. You literally followed the definition to the point with your very first sentence

So all I have to do is actually enjoy life? Well better tell the rich they're not participating correctly, because nothing is fun about being poor.

Every person has two lives. The second life starts when they realize they only have one.

The difference between people who have regrets and those who don't are pretty significant when getting old. Regret makes you die younger - life is strange and fucked but I TRY to embrace it.
