Kinda makes sense. But going through a lot of stress and worries the last few days (to the point where I’m physically throwing up) I don’t have a single clue how to put it down.

In this case? Patterns.

It's a months-old account with post history that only goes back a few days. Its only comments are on posts by accounts that have similar characteristics and username naming schema. The posters of those posts are also commenting on this account's posts. Those comments and post titles are all verbatim post titles and comments that are easily searchable in Google
