When I get up in the morning I put my yoga clothes on, ignore every single excuse that jumps into my head - do the workout then start the rest of my morning. I swear this is what’s made me do a 15 min yoga/gentle stretch every single work day for 1.5 years (so far)

Same! I used to try to do my work outs in the afternoons/evenings after work, but it was so easy to make excuses & eventually I’d drop the routine.

1st thing in the morning workouts are 100% the key to my consistency. Haven’t missed a day (aside from when I was away on holidays or had COVID) in 1.5 years.
