Jim Rohn has some fantastic motivational lectures. Well worth the listen if you can get some of them. I know his organization continues on since his death, but can't speak to their effectiveness.

Love Jim Rohn. If you have the chance to pick up any of his lecture CDs somewhere, highly recommend.
