You can still plan for it, but then let go.

That's very good advice. But it's hard to implement. What do you guys do to stop worrying?

I have found that there’s no one thing I can do to just magically stop worrying, as much as I would love that. For me, it’s a constant letting go of my pride and remembering that [whatever it is] is in God’s hands and totally out of my control.

For me, worrying is rooted in pride and a sign that I haven’t totally surrendered to God. And for me that’s a daily, sometimes moment to moment, thing. Just my experience.

Like Im not very religious but even in Bible there is part where it says that people shouldnt worry so much about following day and focus more on god and his rules (interpret god as whatever is important to you).
