I wanna add something to that. I think when we're "finding" ourselves, we're finding the will to change and create ourselves

I think "finding" mainly involves "Self-reflection" and "introspection" which can lead to a newfound sense of purpose and motivation to take action towards creating the version of ourselves that we aspire to be.
