Couldn't pay me to live in Durham. Also just as I would expect the cops ticketed everyone parked along the road, rural cops with nothing fucking better to do.

It won't be much longer in my opinion. There's a huge inventory that's going to come online this spring and it's really going to change the market.

That’s crazy! But the house is on nearly 3.5 acres, has a giant garage space, and is close to 1100 sq ft. Yeah, it’s a lot of money, but that’s a pretty cool property for the right person!
