Good paying server jobs

hellooo, I'm job searching, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any popular restaurants in the area that pay well and receive good tips! I do have restaurant/ customer service/hospitality experience. Thank you!!

I would find a place that hits the sweet spot - high enough checks and clientele that tip well + good turnover, so you get enough tables each night. Are you looking for something in Hartford itself? Because I might look at any of the restaurants in the Blue Back Square area of West Hartford. They're always pretty busy.

I would avoid Tisane, they have a really bad internal drama issue that they need to work out. It's bad enough that it's causes a lot of regulars (myself included) to stop going there.

Tisane seems like a rad place to work with flexible roles (hostess, barista, bartender, server).

Literally anywhere in WeHa, Zohara + Doro Group is usually hiring but it's often difficult to get in the door. Max is a safe bet, but I've had a few people warn me that they are overly sexist, so something to keep in mind - but I bet you'll make money if you can land a spot at downtown or oyster.

Avoid bartaco and Barcelona. Too much bullshit to really cover here.

Sparrow just opened up, they are packed but I suspect they may be running a bit heavy on staffing. Food is good, probably easy to turn tables.

If you're a bartender, Half Door or Spigot is a pretty good gig. All depends on the time of year though.
