How much are you looking to spend? Lots of great buildings downtown. Id check out 179 Allyn, Union Place, 55 on the Park, Teachers Corner, Spectra Pearl, Front Street Lofts, 777 Main, Capital Lofts. All offer great value and living.

Hartford 21, Colt Building, The Pennant, Spectra Park, Park and Main are all very nice but cost more.
