Hi deeshack! Yes, we agree! Permanent Daylight Saving Time is expected to jeopardize safety (i.e. for children waiting at the bus stop in the dark) and may be detrimental to health (i.e. morning darkness can be especially problematic for those with seasonal affective disorder).
