You're asking a lot of good questions, but I'm afraid there's not a lot of good answers right now. An HVAC contractor won't be able to tell you much. The best resource I have found is Rewiring America. Check out this IRA calculator they have. https://www.rewiringamerica.org/app/ira-calculator
