It's there in the urban areas, but it's always crowded. In rural areas it's crowded to a whole other level. There has been a lot of medical aid from developed countries with things like pills and mosquito nets, vaccines, some healthcare like AIDS consultation,fistula treatment,TB treatment and most child vaccination is free... Advanced healthcare like neurosurgery is unavailable, though we're getting there.. Generally if you don't have health insurance you're as good as dead,though cash patients get treated faster. And yes, many doctors would gladly take some money for you to jump the line.
