Sleep paralysis has always intrigued me. I read that some sufferers see strange figures/demons when it happens.

Is this something you’ve experienced?

It happened mostly in my first experiences, but now I pretty much see nothing arround my room when I look. I remember my first one, there was a clown clodo doll, kid size, and when I got paralised in bed, I just saw it slidding with the chair toward me and tower over me. I was just a kid at that time too, so it was really scary !

Recently tried to call on demons and entity to come during sleep paralysis, but still no figures arround.

What do doctors say is the cause of your sleep paralysis?

I did an IRM and saw a neurologue for further examination, but they found nothing unusual, in their words. So, nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ they just happen

Do you ever have the stereotypical "out of body experiences, visions, alien abduction, haunting" type experiences while in the sleep paralysis state? If so how frequently?

Hello /u/JesusCrash1508,

Unfortunately, we do not allow AMAs based on topics that are unprovable. While we have no reason to doubt you, allowing topics like this would lead to fake AMAs being posted which reduces the overall quality of the subreddit. This topic might be a better fit in /r/CasualIAmA. Thank you for understanding.

The brain wakes up but the body has not. So, the person cannot move.
